Bio:
Mr. Lundeen has over 25 years experience in real estate. Prior to starting CORO in March 1997, he was Executive Vice President and General Partner of Branch Properties, L.P. Mr. Lundeen oversaw a Real Estate Portfolio of over two million square feet of Commercial space with a valuation over $250 million. His responsibilities included Property Acquisition, Asset Management, Development, Leasing and Disposition of Real Estate Portfolio. Mr. Lundeen received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from Georgia State University.
