Coro Realty Advisors Partners with Retail Veteran for New Division
Atlanta (August 30, 2018) — t h o u g h t w e l l, a new division of Coro Realty Advisors headed by retail veteran Kristi Rooks, is aiming to help real estate developers and owners deliver trophy assets through creative design, unique merchandising, strong branding and storytelling.

One of those angles is to think about a project from the patrons’ perspective and to execute a strategic merchandising plan focused on the right uses for each property. “We take a proactive approach to leasing,” Rooks said.“The intent is to target the right tenants that add to the overall experience at a property and create a strong sense of place. That means taking a hard look at voids in the neighborhood and identifying tenants that can best fill those voids.”
t h o u g h t w e l l has notched several successes, including working with the Prestwick Companies on the 82-acre Riverview Landing on the Chattahoochee River; partnering with RD Management, owners of the Ellis Hotel, on the development around the Peachtree Center MARTA Station and working with TriBridge Residential and Coro Realty Advisors on the trendy Inman Quarter in Inman Park.
Rooks worked for several years in economic development with Central Atlanta Progress, and transitioned to WRS, where she worked on the redevelopment of Underground Atlanta. She served as the director of real estate for The Sembler Company, and has managed real estate or The Home Depot and Kohls. Most recently, she was co-founder of Revel.
